The products of Tuna Ofis, Tuna Girsberger and Tuna Ev brands are produced in the advanced manufacturing facilities built in Silivri, İstanbul, covering 55.000 sqm closed plant area. In this context; metal department holds a capacity of 100.000 processed parts, 30.000 panels, while the wood department holds a capacity of 100.000 table tops, 85.000 cabinets and 25.000 panels which holds a capacity of 820.000 sqm wood processing. In modern polishing plants at electrostatic powder coating line, 200.000 sqm aluminum and sheet metal trearment and decontamination can be made. In wooden painted area at 400 sqm closed area, dustfree and high quality polishing treatment can be made in air dried oven and cabins. Tuna Girsberger operates with a capacity of 70.000 office chairs per year.
